  The Plan of the Park

The Territorial Coordination Plan is the first and main tool for planning the territory of a protected area. It encloses a complex work of knowledge and interpretation of the natural and social existence of the territory: it is, therefore, the land planning of the Park.
The protection of nature and environment is the first goal among several from the Adamello Park Territorial Coordination Plan; such goal is pursued not with the exclusion of man, but "through the retrieval of a proper relationship, cultural and economic, of man with environment". In coherence with this primary goal there are others regarding the recreational use of natural environment (appreciation of the Park as a promotion factor for sustainable tourism) and social, economical and cultural development of local comunities. Such goals are pursued through "the research of new human behaviors, compatible with the protection of nature resources".
